I reached out to him months before my trip and he helped tiredlessly me with the booking of hotel, arranging transfers, and gave me advice on my other days in Kazakhstan, even though i was not traveling with him on those days. He also provided help after the conclusion of the tour, as he helped me to get my jacket left behind in Kurchatov back.
